As a BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to guide children through some of their biggest milestones while helping families feel confident about the future. PREP360 Focus Areas:

What We Offer

• Compensation 💰
• $90,000 - $100,000 salary range (based on experience and competency)
• Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings

• No major holidays And because flexibility matters… Hybrid Flexibility 💻 After your first 90 days, BCBAs can complete up to 10 hours per week remotely for tasks like:
• Parent trainings
• Program modifications
• Report writing
