Identifies students with significant financial need and challenges, and communicate needs to scholarship administrators. Plans and implements group advising for lower division nursing students each semester in collaboration with the director of the Undergraduate Program. Works with students, faculty, and staff from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills. Effective computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, database management, etc.). Good planning, coordinating, organizing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
