Pennsylvania college counseling roles stay selective

In Pennsylvania, licensed clinical college counselor roles tend to draw steady demand from campuses supporting student mental health and retention. These positions are competitive because employers often want a master’s degree, at least two years of clinical experience, and a Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC, or the ability to obtain one quickly.
