DBAT is seeking a highly motivated, personable Baseball/Softball Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has collegiate level playing or coaching experience and a genuine passion for developing athletes of all ages and skill levels. This role extends beyond on-field instruction and includes building strong client relationships, managing a personal book of business, and contributing to the overall growth and success of DBAT.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality private and group instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, and/or catching based on individual expertise.
Clearly break down complex concepts to ensure understanding and engagement from both athletes and parents.
Build, manage, and grow a personal client base by proactively seeking new training opportunities.
Develop strong, lasting relationships with athletes and families, involving parents in the training process when appropriate.
Maintain a positive, professional, and outgoing presence that aligns with DBAT’s values and commitment to athlete development.
Collaborate effectively with fellow instructors and staff while supporting overall facility operations as needed.
Demonstrate initiative by contributing to personal business growth and the broader success of DBAT.
Participate in camps, clinics, and special training programs.
