- As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

- Are You Qualified?
- If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: MACTE Accredited Montessori 0-3 training Min 1 year in a Montessori infant/toddler classroom 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified, current background check Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is required; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
