- Summary/Purpose: This position assists with the daily operations of the Registrar's Office. The Registration Coordinator is responsible for setting up and managing the registration process each semester. This position requires confidentiality, a can-do attitude, and an exceptional work ethic.

Identify registration dates in alignment with the university calendar Establish registration schedules within the student database Conduct daily course reconciliations Manage the adding, swapping, dropping, and withdrawal of student courses and university withdrawals in accordance with Title IV regulations Process notifications for cancelled courses Oversee the prerequisite overrides process Prepare the annual prerequisite list Assist the Registrar and Assistant Registrar in the preparation for audits Manage waitlist notifications and facilitate student registration for waitlisted classes Support student registration for the Hartford Consortium Collaborate with academic departments as needed Assist with graduation tasks. Other Functions Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation permits Continues professional development and training; keeps current with trends Assists other department staff as needed to promote a team effort.
