Job description
Description Clubhouse Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate and independent Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide school-based speech therapy services to students in preschool through 12th grade at private schools located in and near Chicago's Beverly neighborhood. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact in school communities.
Position Details
Approximately 8-12 hours per week Flexible scheduling across 2–3 weekdays Working hours generally occur between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM Some remote therapy sessions may be available for coverage needs Required in-person orientation in late August 2026 in Chicago's North Mayfair neighborhood
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in preschool through 12th grade Develop and monitor individualized therapy goals Complete timely and accurate documentation of services Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success Manage a small caseload independently across three school locations Participate in make-up sessions as needed when scheduling allows
Qualifications
Required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between three school locations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently as the primary SLP supporting assigned schools Preferred Previous school-based experience Experience collaborating with educational teams and families Flexibility to assist with make-up sessions when needed
