- Personalize and customize instruction to best personalize learners' needs in grades 1-5.
- Develop learning experiences to fill learning gaps.
- Promote the best interests of each child in their classroom.
- Use appropriate technology in support of the curriculum
- Lessons should reflect developmentally appropriate skills, a logical sequence of topics, and reasonable student assessments.
- Plan and execute classroom activities and routines that meet both individual students' needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Utilize data to inform instructional decisions.
