• ABA therapy is essential for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disorders in achieving better skills and overall well-being.
• Key Responsibilities: Implement ABA Strategies: Utilize ABA methods to address behavioral goals and support student progress.
• Conduct Therapy: Provide individual therapy sessions using established ABA practices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and therapy outcomes.
• Feedback and Communication: Update parents and work closely with your BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Qualifications We Seek: Education: High school diploma or GED is a must.

Experience

Prior experience in ABA or similar settings preferred.

Certification

RBT certification is advantageous but not essential.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and effective communication skills.
• Physical
• Requirements: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Travel

Flexibility to travel between homes and schools as needed.

Position Details

Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday Salary: $22 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
