- Level: 4 Year DegreeThe Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) Mental Health Worker will assist emotionally and behaviorally troubled youth with transitioning into and remaining stable within therapeutic foster homes. Within this innovative clinical support program, all services will be provided under the direction of the clinical team, including CTSS Director and team Therapist.

$21.00/hour Travel: Work in schools, homes, and community settings; mileage reimbursement at $0.65 per mile QualificationsAbout the Role We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our team and support children and youth in community-based settings. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and comfort navigating multiple systems at once.
