About the Role
As a Bilingual Outpatient Child & Family Therapist at Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you'll provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges. Qualifications
Required Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families Training in evidence-based interventions Preferred Two or more years of clinical experience Experience in pediatric behavioral health Experience working within interdisciplinary teams Strong knowledge of child development and family systems Experience providing trauma-informed care Experienced clinicians and strong early-career therapists are encouraged to apply.
