Job description
- USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Head Coach position with our overnight camp will be in charge of a group of 15+ campers directing them on daily training sessions, small and large sided matches, helping them maneuver campus, and creating a culture of positivity within our 5-day camp environment.
- They will manage an assistant coach within their group to help facilitate information to their campers as well.
- This person is key to camp success and allows for delegation from the camp director.

- All UNH youth program staff shall be subject to a criminal background check as required by NH State Law.
- Staff and volunteers will also be required to complete periodic child safety training.
- Duties/Responsibilities On-Field Coaching: organizing and running training sessions specific to skill level and age, creating positive atmosphere around soccer within their group, providing information and encouragement of ways to improve (50%) Chaperone: walking kids to and from dorm to dining hall, fields, taking attendance, making sure entire group is in the appropriate place at the appropriate time (35%) Field manager: organizing on field activities, substitutions, setup of events (15%)
