Pace is hiring an assistant head coach for the Middle School swimming team for the 2026-2027 winter season. This position reports to the Head Swim Coach and Director of Athletics.
A part-time, October to December seasonal appointment. Responsibilities include practices (1.5 hours) Monday-Friday and meets (2-3 hours) on weekdays/Saturdays. All coaches are employed on an annual basis, and continued employment is based on a season review.
The assistant coach is responsible for supporting various aspects of the swimming program. The assistant coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Pace Academy and the Metro 10, our Middle School league.
This is a temporary, seasonal position that is compensated with a coaching stipend.
