The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing play-based lesson plans to foster the cognitive and social development of young children. They must manage classroom behavior and maintain consistent communication with parents regarding child progress.
Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for Lead Teachers and have experience in licensed early childhood settings. Physical ability to lift up to 65lbs and a valid CPR/First Aid certification are required.

This range is subject to adjustment for other geographic work locations. In addition to geographic location, Yellow Brick Road considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria to determine starting wages.
