  • What You'll Need Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and active NYS certification Experience working with students with learning differences, sensory needs, or social-emotional challenges Ability to manage a caseload and balance individual and group services effectively Strong communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach Flexible and organized with the ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services through individual and group sessions based on student needs Conduct information assessments and share insights with team members and families Collaborate with teachers and clinicians to support student goals and classroom success Develop and document therapeutic goals, progress reports, and required student records Support students with adaptive equipment, life skills, and self-regulation strategies Aaron School is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
