Duties and Responsibilities

- Creates and posts master schedule - Inputs master schedule into CR - Updates and maintains open/close schedule - Updates and maintains recess and lunch schedules - Updates and maintains assignment of Disaster Plan responsibilities - Assigns coverage for LOA’s and call outs - Creates and posts all daily schedule changes - Make adjustments to employee schedules in the billing software program as changes occur. - Assist other scheduler in scheduling duties. - Prints and process billing for Split funded, Speech and OT - Print and process DDS billing sheets - Creates and posts Speech and OT schedules - Enter Speech billing by the 15th and end of the month - Other duties as assignedQualificationsOther Competencies or Skills: Quality Control Ability to be detail oriented with few errors. Supervision

  • Prior supervisory experience is not required.

  • Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma required. 2+ years experience supporting at the executive level.
