The Nurse Aide Paraeducator/Program Assistant works closely with the Nurse Aide Training Program Lead and Nurse Aide Instructors to enhance student achievement and provide support for various academic administrative activities of the program , to include but is not limited to, preparing the classroom/lab for instruction, working directly with individual students and small groups in the classroom, providing skills practice in the nursing lab, assisting with attendance, test administration, certification and compliance requirements, the collections of program related payments, and the input of student data in the appropriate systems.
