We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado)
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Pediatric or home health experience
  • Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
