Our Preschool programs are ready to hire a Family Support Specialist (FSS) to join the team in our Early Education Services Department. We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to improving the lives of children and families receiving services. In this role, you will coordinate and provide social and case management services to preschool families at both our Phoenix and Mesa locations. Your engagement with families will begin with community outreach and support throughout the enrollment process. You will assist families in setting and achieving goals, connecting them with necessary community resources, and ensuring their child’s health needs are up to date. Our goal is to promote family self-sufficiency and empower families for long-term success.
- QualificationsTo be considered you must have: Spanish/English bilingual capabilities required Associate’s degree or CDA AND combination of work & education to meet the needs of the position. 2 years of related experience in birth – 5 education and/or family case management A level one fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one prior to starting Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology in performing job duties. Must be 21 years of age Must have valid Arizona Driver’s License Must have a clean driving record for past 5 years
