As a Floater, you will support lead teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities while supervising children to ensure their safety. You will also assist with personal care needs and maintain a clean and engaging learning environment.
As a Floater, your day-to-day responsibilities would include supporting lead teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities, supervising children to ensure safety, assisting with personal care needs like diapering, feeding, and toileting, maintaining a clean and engaging learning environment, encouraging positive behaviors, and documenting each child’s daily experiences and developmental progress.
