Job description

  • Lakeland University, a liberal arts institution, seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach Composition I: Academic Writing and/or Composition II: Research Writing at our main campus for the Fall, 2026 term.
  • The class is scheduled to meet three days a week on our main campus in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
  • A competitive stipend is offered.
  • Candidates should possess a Master's degree in English, writing, or associated field.
  • Preferred qualities include effective experience in teaching academic writing to first-generation and academically underprepared students and a positive, encouraging mindset.
