We help families secure needed resources and navigate the complexities of the behavioral health and social services.

What to expect.

We are seeking a bilingual (proficient in English and Spanish), licensed social worker or counselor to provide mental health services to children and their families.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Providing clinical assessments and treatment services to assigned clients and their families or caregivers.
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure a consistent response to mental health needs.
  • Completing all required documentation in a timely manner and ensuring maintenance of complete clinical record as directed by policies and procedures.

What we need from you. • Must possess one of the following at time of hire

  • Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  • Dependent on the assignment, must demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish.

Pay is based on a number of factors including licensure and experience.

The pay range for this position is LG/LM $64,272.00 minimum to $77,233.52 maximum and for LCSW-C/LCPC $79,268.80 minimum - $90,473.55 maximum.

Requirements

Must be a licensed social worker or counselor (LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC) at the time of hire. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for this bilingual role.
