Position Summary

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students K–12 with language disorders, articulation delays, fluency concerns, voice disorders, and complex communication needs. You collaborate with special education teams, general educators, parents, and related services providers to create inclusive, data-driven intervention plans.

Special Position Structure: The Hybrid Mobile Clinic Model

  • 95% Remote Telehealth Liberty: For 28 days out of the month, you operate completely from the comfort of your own home office running our cutting-edge digital clinical platforms.
  • The 2-Day Intensive Travel Impact: Just one time per month, you will travel to Cocke County for two back-to-back days of localized intensive therapy. This requires only one single overnight stay per month, and our corporate team completely comps and covers 100% of your travel, flights, lodging, and local expenses.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessment tools to determine eligibility for services under IDEA, Section 504, and state standards
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans with measurable, functional, and academically relevant goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services across language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication domains
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress, treatment effectiveness, and session data
