The Lead Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage parent communications and conduct biannual parent-teacher conferences.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a relevant field. Ability to pass background checks and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs, is required.
To be QUALIFIED for the Lead Teacher role, we require a high school diploma and the ability to pass all background checks, and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a relevant field. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, based on relevant education and experience,
