Sunshine Schools NC is seeking motivated students to join our Registered Pre-Apprenticeship Program in Early Childhood Education.

This program is designed specifically for high school students ages 16-18 who want to gain hands-on experience, receive professional training, and build a pathway toward a rewarding career in childcare and education.

Responsibilities include: Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities Supporting children's learning and development Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Assisting with meals, toileting, and supervision of children Participating in circle time, learning centers, and classroom activities Learning classroom management and child development practices Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members Completing required training and professional development Why Sunshine Schools?
