As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful development and launch of innovative products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive positioning.

Your role involves deep market analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide product lifecycle management from concept through launch and beyond.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to deliver products that create value and drive growth.

Ultimately, your leadership will ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve measurable success in the marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management or a related role with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in competitive analysis and market research.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a technology-driven or innovation-focused industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Aha!.
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation and position products effectively in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with company strategy and market needs.
  • Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
