Assistant teacher (Full-Time)
💰 $13–$18/Hour (Based on experience, education, and responsibilities)
We are seeking a full-time Assitant Teacher (Infants, Toddlers, or Pre-K) to guide and support children as they prepare for Kindergarten. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, values play-based learning, and wants a stable, consistent schedule in a supportive early childhood environment.
Most positions follow a typical daytime schedule within our center hours of 5
30am–5:30pm.

🎨 key responsibilities
As an Assistant Teacher, you will
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Assist with lesson activities, transitions, meals, and routines
- Supervise children during play and learning activities
- Communicate respectfully with families and team members
- Help maintain daily classroom documentation
- Follow all state licensing and center policies

🎓 qualifications
Required
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, AED, Child Abuse Prevention)
Preferred (not required)
- Previous childcare or early childhood experience
- Interest in early childhood education or child development
- Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
- CDA (Child Development Associate)
