Position Overview RiverKids Pediatric Home Health is actively seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in varies locations. We serve Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Amarillo and all surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling — allowing you to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Implement evidence-based speech and language interventions Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams

Qualifications
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP): Active Texas SLP license ASHA CCCs preferred (or CFY welcome) CPR Certificate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA): Active Texas SLPA license For All Candidates: Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus) Bilingual (preferred not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Auto Insurance Passion for working with children and families Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
