  • Caseload: Approximately 18 Students A Colorado-based charter school is seeking a compassionate and student-centered School Social Worker to provide virtual support services during the upcoming school year. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to success while enjoying the flexibility of a remote schedule. Position Responsibilities Provide virtual social-emotional support and counseling services to students Conduct student check-ins and monitor progress toward social-emotional goals Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to support student well-being Participate in student support team meetings as needed Assist with attendance, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions Maintain accurate documentation and service records Support the school's efforts to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or a related field Active Colorado School Social Worker credential from the Colorado Department of Education or ability to obtain required Colorado credentials (we will reimburse for cross-licensing!) Experience working with schools and school-aged children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to build rapport and engage students in a virtual environment
