We’re looking for an energetic, patient, and playful Early Childhood Golf Instructor to lead our morning golf classes for super young beginners. These classes are designed for ages 3–5, with parents present to support a fun, safe, and confidence‑building environment. What You’ll Do Lead engaging, age‑appropriate golf activities that focus on movement, coordination, and simple fundamentals Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both kids and parents Demonstrate skills clearly and safely using modified equipment Keep classes structured, upbeat, and developmentally appropriate Communicate with parents before/after class as needed Ensure a safe learning environment at all times Experience working with young children (preschool, camps, sports, childcare, etc.) Must have reliable transportation Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality Ability to manage a small group with parents present Basic golf knowledge (we’ll train you on curriculum) Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading groups ECE certification is a plus Flexible Schedule Part Time Hours Summer Camp work availability Programs run with school calendars New Employee Referral Fee
