About the role

Provide academic, behavioral, and daily living support to students with autism and developmental challenges across multiple school districts. Implement IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans while collaborating with teachers and therapists to maintain a safe learning environment.

As a Special Education Floating Paraprofessional at New Story Schools In-District Services (IDS), you will work alongside teachers and school teams to support students' academic, behavioral, and daily living goals across multiple school districts.

In this flexible, high-impact role, you will provide coverage and direct student support where needed, helping ensure continuity of services and a positive learning experience for students.

You'll play a vital role in helping each student succeed through patience, consistency, and encouragement.
