The Classroom Aide is responsible for maintaining an engaging and safe classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, and creative growth of young children. Duties include setting up the classroom, interacting with students, and working cooperatively with the teaching team.

You will be assigned to a Head Start Classroom at one of our locations across Clermont County.
Shifts will vary between our operating hours of 7am-5:30pm. This is a seasonal position following the West Clermont School District schedule August-May. (This position will have orientation on July 27th, and will tentatively begin full time hours on August 3rd.)
$15.35/hour
· Relate positively with young children and families · Be passionate about providing quality care and learning opportunities as well as a safe environment for young children · Work cooperatively with other team members · Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and grow. · Meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency · Have knowledge and interest of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children · Have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
