Skills Institute Coach: Location: Sofive Winter Park & Lake Nona
Are you highly motivated, kid-centric, and passionate about soccer? Sofive Soccer Center is currently seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team! As a Skills Institute coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing fun, friendly, and structured weekly classes for children ages 5 to 12.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12 Use our proven Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment where players can grow Foster character development by emphasizing teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship Build meaningful relationships with players and families Represent the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands with enthusiasm Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed
Schedule
Weekend availability is required Additional opportunities available on weekday afternoons and evenings Shifts are consistent throughout a 13-week season
