What We’re Looking For If you’re kind, dependable, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you! Preferred (but not required): Experience with elementary-aged children (babysitting, camp, school, or volunteer work) Familiarity with child development or youth programs Required before your first day (we’ll help you get these): Enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry CPR/First Aid Certification Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
