Job description
Westover Job Corps Center is seeking a Residential Advisor to help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive dormitory environment for students. This position serves as a mentor and role model, helping young adults develop personal responsibility, leadership, and independent living skills.

- Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor students in the dormitory setting.
- Maintain student accountability and ensure adherence to center policies.
- Provide guidance, support, and behavior coaching to students.
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive living environment.
- Teach and reinforce leadership, life skills, and responsible decision-making.
- Complete required documentation, reports, and shift logs.
- Collaborate with counselors, dorm staff, and other team members to support student success.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Residential, youth development, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and disadvantaged youth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
