The Lead Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments and maintain professional rapport with families through regular communication and conferences.
Candidates must possess a CDA or at least 6 ECE college-level credits and be able to pass all background checks. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work actively around small children is required.
Land of Learning in Sycamore is a licensed childcare center seeking Lead Teachers to support the following age groups:
Infant and Toddler
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a CDA or at least 6 ECE college level credits, and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Required Shift: 4/10s, 4 days/week, 10 hour days, 7am-5pm OR Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
$18 - $19.25/hour, based on education and experience
