Market context
In North Carolina, school support staff roles like this are often shaped by steady demand for licensed nurses who can support student health needs in educational settings. These positions are competitive because they combine clinical experience with child and adolescent care, comfort in a Christian learning environment, and practical skills such as Microsoft Office proficiency.
