• Inspire: Coach and mentor our dedicated RBTs/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier deescalation techniques.

• Data: Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.

• The
• Credentials: Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) + a current BCBA certification. (LBA certification is highly preferred, but let's talk!).
