Description The Athletic Department at Elizabethtown College is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Cross Country Coach.
The Assistant Coach would aid the Head Coach with the organization and administration of the College’s intercollegiate Men’s & Women’s Cross Country programs.
The individual will mentor, motivate, and develop student athletes in a Division III educational environment, assist the Head Coach in with practices, contests, recruitment and scouting. Work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the athletic program is conducted in accordance with the NCAA and conference rules and regulations.
