Aid student learning by providing exemplary instruction and supporting skill labs following an established course outline. Maintain professionalism and current subject matter knowledge to help students achieve learning outcomes.
Requires at least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant and a current CPR certification. Candidates must be proficient in both front and back office procedures and available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 9pm.
Aid student learning through exemplary instruction by following an established course outline. Aid in student learning outcomes. Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/learning strategies. Maintain appropriate standards of professionalism and conduct. Aid all required skill labs with the Lead instructor.
1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a directly related field required. Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math. Front office experience. Back office procedures EKG, Urine, Vitals, BPs, Temps, Injections, Adult-Pediatric, minor wound trays, and bandaging experience. No teaching experience required Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately. Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards. Comfortable with computers and technology. Highly organized and detail oriented.
