Requirements

  • 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
  • Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
  • Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
  • Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
  • $15,000+ in professional development invested in your first 18 - 24 months
  • In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I and II), and COMT pathways
  • Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
