The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the HR department, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and records management. They serve as a primary point of contact for employees and applicants to ensure efficient HR processes and compliance.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle sensitive information. A high school degree is required, while a bachelor's degree in HR or Business is preferred.
Previous administrative or HR experience preferred. Previous human resources experience in a higher education or similarly complex, multi-stakeholder institutional setting.
