This position reports to, is supervised by, and evaluated by the Human Resource Manager. It will include the specific duties and responsibilities outlined in this position description, as well as the employee's attitude and general work behavior.

  • Purpose: The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Human Resources department by coordinating, recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance activities, and employee relations initiatives. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees and applicants, ensuring efficient HR processes, exceptional customer service , and compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations. The HR Coordinator supports the overall employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Duties: Monitor and manage HR department email communications and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and process background checks for new hires and existing employees as needed. Manage Personnel Change Forms (PCFs), ensuring accurate completion, approvals, and processing. Perform HR data entry including colleague information, employment records, and other personnel-related data within HR systems. Maintain and organize personnel files while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Assist with onboarding and employee documentation processes. Support employee engagement initiatives by planning and coordinating events, activities, recognition programs, and team-building opportunities. Preferred Qualifications
