Locations
Provide pediatric speech and language therapy services directly in patients' homes, including conducting evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while educating caregivers to support carryover at home.
Requires an active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, and a valid driver's license. Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.
