What You'll Do

Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily classroom activities with care and consistency.

Help create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Assist with daily routines, supervision, and age-appropriate learning experiences.

Work collaboratively as a valued member of the teaching team.

Promote positive learning experiences aligned with the program's faith-based values.

Provide attentive care and support to toddlers ages 18 months to 2.5 years.

What You'll Need

High school diploma or GED; or at least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.

Prior experience caring for children is required.

Must be comfortable working with toddlers ages 18 months to 2.5 years.
