The coach will develop practice plans and competition strategies while fostering teamwork and leadership among middle school athletes. Responsibilities include supervising students during travel, maintaining team statistics, and ensuring all safety and medical protocols are followed.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates must be willing to complete mandated coaching certifications, including First Aid, CPR, and concussion training.
