In this role, you will work directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals through evidence-based behavioral supports. On-site position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary range $21.50-$22.50/hr (hourly/non-exempt). Salary based on skills and experience. Up to 6% annual bonus potential 403b retirement plan with up to a 4% company match.

Implement individualized behavior support and skill-building plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Support individuals in developing daily living, communication, social, and behavioral skills. Collect and document behavioral data through direct observation and communicate progress to the clinical team. Utilize positive behavior support strategies and behavior reduction techniques when appropriate. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing supervision. Assist with behavior assessments and support plan implementation. Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for individuals receiving services. Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and billing information. Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals, Behavior Analysts, and other team members to ensure high-quality care. Safely transport individuals to community activities, appointments, and programming as needed. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING: Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
The person in this position may encounter clients exhibiting physical aggression; they must be comfortable working in periods of crisis and feel comfortable de-escalating individually or as a team. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about to assist others, access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The ability to observe details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer). Consistently position oneself to maintain files in file cabinets or assist others. The ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of ongoing personal motor vehicle insurance.
