This position offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates looking to build strong clinical skills within a supportive, collaborative school-based environment. Clinicians will work with a blended elementary caseload supporting students across a wide range of communication needs, including speech-only services and more complex communication disorders. Position Details

Full-Time, Onsite Position 2026–2027 School Year August 17, 2026 – June 4, 2027 Approximately 35 hours per week Elementary school setting (PreK–5th grade) Shared office space Caseload & Responsibilities The selected SLP-CF will support a blended elementary caseload of approximately 50–60 students with a variety of communication needs. Responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services Conducting evaluations and writing reports Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams Participating in IEP meetings and documentation Case-managing speech-only students Supporting students with Autism and low-incidence disabilities Utilizing AAC strategies and tools when appropriate Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required. Ongoing support and training will be available through experienced SLP leads and special education administration.
