Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist School-Based CFY | 2026–2027 School Year Reading, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $59,000–$63,000 annually Launch Your School-Based SLP Career with Strong Mentorship & Diverse Clinical Experience AnthroMed Education is seeking passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP-CFs) for a full-time, onsite elementary school opportunitie in Reading, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates looking to build strong clinical skills within a supportive, collaborative school-based environment. Clinicians will work with a blended elementary caseload supporting students across a wide range of communication needs, including speech-only services and more complex communication disorders. Position Details

Full-Time, Onsite Position 2026–2027 School Year August 17, 2026 – June 4, 2027 Approximately 35 hours per week Elementary school setting (PreK–5th grade) Shared office space Caseload & Responsibilities The selected SLP-CF will support a blended elementary caseload of approximately 50–60 students with a variety of communication needs. Responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services Conducting evaluations and writing reports Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams Participating in IEP meetings and documentation Case-managing speech-only students Supporting students with Autism and low-incidence disabilities Utilizing AAC strategies and tools when appropriate Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required. Ongoing support and training will be available through experienced SLP leads and special education administration. What Your CF Year Will Include Dedicated mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship Ongoing clinical support from experienced school-based SLPs Collaboration opportunities with multidisciplinary teams Guidance navigating ASHA requirements and the CFY process Training on IEP systems and district procedures A welcoming, team-oriented school environment Compensation Annual salary: $59,000–$63,000 based on experience Weekly pay

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Pennsylvania State SLP License. Candidates must hold a Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Certificate and be eligible to begin their Clinical Fellowship Year.
