Speech-Language Pathologist School-Based Opportunity | 2026–2027 School Year Reading, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $59,000–$88,000 annually Join a Collaborative School-Based SLP Team Supporting Diverse Elementary Caseloads AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite elementary school opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative school environment serving PreK–5th grade students across a blended caseload. Clinicians will support students with a wide range of communication needs, from speech-only services to more complex communication disorders including Autism and low-incidence disabilities. Reading offers a variety of clinical opportunities, making it easier to align placements with each clinician’s strengths and interests while continuing to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.
Full-Time, Onsite Position 2026–2027 School Year August 17, 2026 – June 4, 2027 Approximately 35 hours per week Elementary school setting (PreK–5th grade) Shared office space Caseload & Responsibilities The selected SLP will support a blended elementary caseload of approximately 50–60 students with varying communication needs. Responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services Conducting evaluations and writing reports Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams Participating in IEP meetings and documentation Case-managing speech-only students Supporting students with Autism and low-incidence disabilities Utilizing AAC strategies and tools when appropriate Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required. Ongoing support and training on IEP systems and district procedures are available through experienced SLP leads and special education administration.
