$18 - $23 / HOUR
1 and group ABA therapy to children with autism following individualized treatment plans. Collect behavioral data and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to improve client communication and social skills.
Must hold a current RBT certification and a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be physically capable of active interaction with children and willing to undergo background checks and health screenings.

Rooted in the evidence that early, high-intensive ABA Therapy leads to the greatest potential reached by children on the autism spectrum, we specialize in providing services to young children. As leading experts in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the academy's highly-trained clinicians develop individualized, one-on-one programs that help children break down routine tasks into manageable steps. This type of therapy helps children with autism improve communication ability, daily living skills, and the social behaviors necessary to thrive in school, at home, and in their community.
