Wilmington School of the Arts is seeking a committed, team-oriented EC teacher to deliver instruction on our Floral Campus (grades 1 and 2).

We are looking for an EC Teacher who will: Work with the school Administrative Team, which includes our EC Director, and make plans with school staff to best serve the individual needs of our student body and EC population.
Have knowledge of grade level content, as well as ways to differentiate and deliver instruction Be well-versed in ECATS and understand matters of legal compliance as it pertains to EC Be student-centered and advocate for the best interest of students within their caseload Have a thoughtful, and caring demeanor when dealing with students and parents.
